Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also contained in this new photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
